Shashank Garg is a Senior Advocate with over seventeen years of experience in arbitration, and civil and commercial litigation. He is presently the Chair of ICC India Arbitration Group, Vice Chair of Society of Construction Law (India) and Secretary of Arbitration Bar of India. He regularly sits as an Arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations involving disputes on variety of areas including infrastructure, constructions, media and technology, commodities, energy, sports, etc. He has acted as a counsel in numerous arbitration cases before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and arbitral tribunals, defending the interest of private and state-owned entities.
